Mike
Frankling R.I.P
It is with regret that we must record the passing of Mike Frankling (686378).
On Wednesday 12 April I received a letter from Mikes daughter,
Fiona (she having discovered a past newsletter amongst Mikes papers) advising
me that Mike had died, aged 62, of a heart attack on 20th March
2006, whilst cycling home from a quiet evening at his local.
Mike retired from the RAF in 1990 as a Squadron Leader and then
took a post as Senior Lecturer in the Air Systems branch at the Arborfield Army Base.
He leaves two daughters, Fiona & Phillippa
who has a son, James. Mikes name will be added to our In-Memoriam list and,
together with the others, he will be remembered.
